We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your return may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
